All features of Dome's Mouser are available within HomeSeer. Please make sure your Z-Wave plug-in is up to date before continuing (at least version 220.127.116.11). See Figure 1 for a screenshot of how the the Z-Wave log should appear after successful inclusion - if you see any errors, see this article about including battery powered devices into HomeSeer.
After successful inclusion, the Mouser status (Trap Tripped or Not Tripped) can be used as an event trigger or condition. The arm/disarm status is also accessible as either a trigger or condition. See Figure 2 to see how the Mouser and all associated virtual devices will appear in the home page.
In Figure 3, an event is triggered when the Mouser is tripped. This can, for example, notify the user when a mouse is caught.
In Figure 4, an event is triggered if the Mouser has been armed for two weeks. Use this to send a reminder to refresh the bait.
