During the inclusion process, HomeSeer conducts an extended interview that many other hubs don't perform. Since many of Dome's sensors are battery powered, this can be problematic, since the sensor might fall asleep before the interview process is finished. See Figure 1 to see how the logs will appear if the interview was unsuccessful.
If you encounter this issue, there are two steps we can take to correct it:
1. Upgrade the Z-Wave plug-in to version 3.0.1.110 or later. Follow these instructions to check and update your Z-Wave plug-in.
2. During inclusion, wake up the device multiple times throughout the inclusion process by pressing the button one time. Repeat this process of waking up the sensor until the log says "finished" at the end (figure 2.)
