Even though we are not yet officially integrated with Vera, the Dome Motion Detector is recognized out of the box in Vera as a Motion Sensor and Light Sensor (see figure 1.) To pair, click "Add a Device" in the Devices section, search for “Generic Z-Wave Devices” and label it to help tell it apart from other motion sensors. After it’s paired, it will appear as three separate devices in your dashboard (figure 1) - be sure to rename all three to keep yourself organized. You can use the Motion Detector's status as triggers in your scenes to receive notifications or do something else when the motion is detected (fig 2,) or if the light level is some predetermined level (fig 3.) Use this to, for example, dim a light differently depending on how bright the room is at the time.
